REFUNDS

Terms of Refund :

Refunds are eligible in case of package tampering, product defect or damage. Please gather proof by taking video-graphic evidence of opening the package when you receive the package.

After assessments if our team find your case genuine you can return the item within 30 days of order and get a new product or opt for refund which will be issued and reflected in your bank account in 5-7 Business Days once we receive the product.

You will be responsible for returning your item as received. Pickup will be initiated by us in some cases if not possible you can send the product after our approval and we will bear the shipping charges but only for eligible returns after our assessment. Any other case buyer has to bear return shipping and payment gateway charges.

If you choose new product in exchange of your return then it will be delivered to you within 2-14 Working Days check Shipping & Delivery Policy for more details.

You may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Business Days for payment provider are Monday to Friday.

RETURNS

All products can be returned within 30 days of order and Refunds will only be processed for eligible requests that comply with our refund terms.

CANCELLATION

You can cancel your order within 1 hour of you purchase. Any payment gateway charges will be liable by buyer and refund will be reflected in 5-7 Business Days. Order will not be cancelled once it has been processed for shipping.
